Okay so...
My internet connection is wide open and I get this error 1008 whenever I try to audition/download a new Tonex tone model. Pretty frustrating.

Unfortunately, no. I opened a support ticket so I'll see if I get an answer. Keep trying but no joy.

tone.net shows a CS license, but IK Product Manager shows MAX

I am receiving the same error. I tried a reinstall of Tonex from product manager and that did not resolve it. Seems like the data base is messed up. I can connect to Tonex via the software but unable to download any new captures.
Tech support...can you weight in here on this?

Looks like the sound previews on Tone.net are not working either? Can anyone confirm or is that just me?

Same for me, the app isn't working with tonenet , and tone.net is also not working with soundsamples
