How does warranty service work?

Discussion about IK monitors and speakers like iLoud Precison, iLoud MTM, iLoud Micro Monitor and iLoud as well as X-MONITOR software.

How does warranty service work?

Hi- I have a set of iLoud MTM's I got about a month ago and there definitely seems to be an issue with one of them. I've opened tickets and just recently messaged Peter & Ryan about it, so hopefully will hear something..

But my question is: how does warranty service/repair/replacement usually work?

My boxes for these are stored 3 hours away in our storage place.

Will I need to drive over there and get them?

Does IK do advance replacement where they send a new unit and you can send the defective one back in the box that comes?

I'm just curious what to expect here so I'm prepared.

You would need to open a ticket with IK Support at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support who will determine if there is an issue that warrants a warranty action and they will go from there. They can be reached at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support

Me too - Being without the awesome iLoud MTM sound is killing me!
