Hi- I have a set of iLoud MTM's I got about a month ago and there definitely seems to be an issue with one of them. I've opened tickets and just recently messaged Peter & Ryan about it, so hopefully will hear something..
But my question is: how does warranty service/repair/replacement usually work?
My boxes for these are stored 3 hours away in our storage place.
Will I need to drive over there and get them?
Does IK do advance replacement where they send a new unit and you can send the defective one back in the box that comes?
I'm just curious what to expect here so I'm prepared.
