Here, in Custom Shop, the T-RackS 5 Max Upgrade is not available for Gear Credits.

But T-RackS 5, T-RackS 5 Deluxe, Miroslav Philharmonik 2 Crossgrade and Syntronik Crossgrade can be bought with Gear Credits

Hi
same for me, I wanted to buy credits to purchase T-RackS 5 Max Upgrade but in the Custom Shop "Use Credits" is not available for this product...

MAX bundles are not available for Gear Credits. You can use JamPoints to save up to 30% off, though.

Hey,
For your Crossgrade Crunch sale, T-Racks Max price is 119$, but when I put it in the basket the price is 179$...
It's very weird.

MAX bundles are not available for Gear Credits

Price displayed is not the final price

It makes you want to go to the competitors

Yet I love your products.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chime in. Meanwhile, the best thing to do is raise a Sales Support Ticket, here:
https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/contact-us/
They can look at your Account and see what's going on. Administrators and Moderators here cannot access your Account.

FYI
I opened a ticket on June 9th > no answer
I opened an another one on June 16th > no answer

I'm a little bit disappointed about your client consideration... :(
Moreover I'm not a new client, I have a lot of your products: T-Racks Deluxe, Irig Keys I/O, Amplitube Max, Syntronik Pro-V, Sampletank 3, Arc 2, Ampeg SVX 2

Would you mind sending me your ticket number in a PM?

While we are more than happy to help get you working here, I can't seem to find your IK user name in our support system. Once I have this information, I can dig into what happened here and make sure the team gets back to you as soon as they can.
