I had amplitube 3 on my last laptop. I have the custom show downloaded but i can't figure out how to get amplitube 3 installed. VERY FRUSTRATED! i know it's old but thats what i use, I don't have 4 or 5 and don't want to pay.

Hello hfhfghg and welcome to the forum.

If you had downloaded AT3 previously, you will find the download and any add-ons you may have purchased in your User Area under My Products.

Install the AT3 app and the authorisation manager, enter your serial number in the auth manager and you should be good to go.

If your gear doesn't show up in AT3, open the Custom Shop app and click 'Restore My Gear' and you should be back to where you were on your previous set up.

Let us know if that doesn't solve the issue.

Actually, I've just noticed your Joined Date is showing as today.

If you have two IK accounts (this new one and a historical one), that could be where the issue is as your serial numbers and downloads etc will be attached to the old one.
