ARC 4 'No Device Connected'

ARC 4 'No Device Connected'

Just got mine. I plugged it in, it was recognized, needed a firmware update, which I did, then ran Analysis just fine. Saved the analysis, turned on the connect button, ran ARC 4.

'NO DEVICE DETECTED'

Rebooted, tried different USB ports, still the same problem. I do not understand how it recognized it just fine for firmware and measurement, but now suddenly can't it can't be found.

Any ideas appreciated, thanks.

same thing just happened too me right after the update
