IK Product Manager Not Allowing External Disks To Eject

Hi, I'm using a MacBook Pro and every time I use the IK Product Manager it hangs up the external disk drive and does not allow the disk to eject. It happens every time I use the product manager. Not ejecting the external discs properly is bad and can corrupt data on the disc. Anyone have the same issue and know how to stop it from hanging up the external disk?

Meanwhile, as this is not a company Support forum, the best thing to do is contact Technical Support via the IKM web site, for some one to one diagnosis and help. Search the FAQs first, as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form.
