SampleTron2 2.0.3 problem saving/restoring state in Reaper

Postby Tom Kearney » Thu May 19, 2022 10:16 pm

Hi - I'm having a problem with SampleTron2, version 2.0.3. It seems like some state ("Mix", "Attack", "Release", and maybe others) are being re-set to "0" values.

The first time I view the instance, I have a pre-set ("Atmospheric Strings") that includes values for Mix, Attack, and Release.

If I simply close the instance, and then re-open it, M, A, and R (and maybe others) go to a 0 value. The pre-set name remains, and if I change to another pre-set, and then back to "Atmospheric Strings", the M,A,R values are restored.

I re-installed 2.0.2, and the problem goes away. I believe there is a bug introduced in 2.0.3 - at least when running in Reaper on Windows 10

Thanks for any insight!

Is anyone using SampleTron 2.0.3 in Reaper?

I'd like to know if it's working correctly for you...

Thanks,
Tom

This seems to be fixed in 2.0.4
