Failed-Network Error

Why do the sounds for Philharmonik 2 take HOURS to download and even then, nothing finishes!

Failed - network error over and over. Am I doing it wrong? I have to do this 16 times?

SO I found the 5 zip files. Downloaded them. Now what do I do?

There should be very smooth downloads. I'm not sure what happened there but in the future, you can reach out to our IK Support staff via http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support for direct assistance with such matters.

Now that you do have them downloaded, you would need to unzip each and run the installer in each zip file. There is an installation & authorization manual in each that will provide the steps to perform (as well as a user manual for further/deeper information).

Is there a difference between the 5 Sound Updater files and the 16 other downloads?

Verifying "MP2_Part_1.dmg" just sits there after I click on it. Is that supposed to happen?

The Sounds Update files are updates to the main library; they are intended for those users who downloaded the main library some time ago and did not wish to download it all again. As I understand it the MP2 sound updates are now included into the main library downloads.

No,. As advised above I would raise a Support Ticket for some one to one help. You could also check on the Sounds Updates with them too.
