iLoud tweeter has no sound woofer still works

I've owned this brand new speaker for less than a day and the tweeters stopped working.

I've turned it off and let it rest .

I've reset the device multiple times .

The woofer works. The tweeter doesn't.

Any suggestions on how to make my brand new speakers work properly ?
