Problems with amplitube 4 to play together Chrome/safari

I have updated my MacBook Air to Catalina and updated amplitube 4 also. Everything is working fine. However, when use amplitube to play together with YouTube or some lessons that I have (using safari and chrome) my guitar sound starts to fade and it goes to a crazy reverb (impossible to play). I have to close amplitube and reopen. It works fine for a few minutes and then it happens again. How do I fix this?
