Sample Tank 4 Windows 10 Missing Categories

I have installed Sample Tank 4 Max on Windows 10 using default paths.
Within Sample Tank 4 app I get many missing categories.
I have screenshots and tree output if you need it.
Main paths:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\IK Multimedia\SampleTank 4
C:\Users\Public\Documents\IK Multimedia\SampleTank 3

Example missing instrument:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\IK Multimedia\SampleTank 4\Samples\SampleTank 4\Electric Pianos\1973 Stage Electric Piano

Sample Tank cannot search or find any of the installed electric pianos.
IE searching for 1973 comes up blank...

That sounds like there are sound library installers that were not installed. Each of the installers must be run in order to have all of the categories/sounds installed and ready to use.

If you feel you've downloaded and installed all of them, I would suggest opening a ticket with IK Support so they can provide direct technical support and take a look at how things are working on your system.
