Volume Knob doesn't work and faders too.

Hi, I have a serious issue with my old micro monitors, I don't know why but yesterday when I set my gear in mode on, as usual, the sound of my micro monitors are week and the bass doesn't sound good. To be specific there's no low end trough the monitors. The volume knob doesn't work and also the EQ faders. At this time I don't know what to do, these monitors are very important in my business. Please help. Thanks in advance. M

Was this ever solved?
It's the weekend but I'm kinda freaking out cause it seems like a DSP problem, so I doubt I can fix it remotely. Will post an update when/if I get one.
