Problem with Octav

I'm just plucking the open low E and Octav seems to be switching between some lower dissonnant note and then the octave. Any ideas what's going on?

I tried adjusting the knobs of course, but it always sounded like it would jump off the octave. I also have all the high quality settings in AmpliTube turned on. Changing amps/cabs has no effect.

Determined that's it's not the Axe IO since my other interface has the same results, and it's not the guitar since I tried another one of those as well.

Just tried to test with AmpliTube standalone and it can't recognize my Behringer 404hd, so can't use the ASIO driver.

Hi !

Just ordered SVX-OCT (24,99$) and have EXACTLY the same issue (alterning octrave note and dry signal) with open E string, Fret 1 on E string and Fret 5 on D string BUT only when I attack the string with a pick + neck humbucker and let the note ring.

I didn't notice anything during the trial time with SVX-OCT but I had the same issue while trying the "Octrav" (Boss Clone), reason why I choosed to buy the SVX-OCT twice the price.

My guitar is plugged into my Focusrite and buffer size is 256 (doesn't change anything) in standalone amplitube.

Could someone help me with this ?

It seems that we are a few in this case, so it could not be my setup. Again, nothing happened during the trial period with the SVX-OCT and my setup is exactly the same.

I feel a bit scammed :cry:
