Today (december 2nd) I finally received my copy of Total Studio 2 Max (usb)
Installing from the usb goes very well.
But when I want to authorize it, via the Authorization Manager, I get an error code!
"Serial number already registered bij another user (403)!"
How can this be? This is a brand new soft bought directly from IKMultimedia in Italy.
The box was sealed with two small round transparent stickers.
I already made a ticket with support.
But I am a bit frustrated because I ordered the soft last wednesday.
It finaly arrived today, the last day of "blackfriday deals". (I understand these are busy times)
I wanted to register it today so I could get some jampoints that I would use to order a "blackfriday price" upgrade to Sampletank 4 max.
But since I can't register my software today, It seems that I will miss that opportunity.
Anybody with a similar problem?
Sorry that my first message is a rant.
Sorry for any mistakes. English is not my native language

Sorry to hear that this happened, it is a very rare case that this would happen though and IK Support would be the ones who would take care of you. I see you've opened a ticket and I'm sure they will assist you and get this resolved.
Note that you can use the products in trial mode without restrictions and tech support should have your situation righted well before that would expire.
