Total Studio 2 artist signature drums question

Postby zicare » Wed Nov 27, 2019 9:42 pm

Hello

I recently bought Sampletank 4 Max, and now took advantage of the nice $199 upgrade offer to Total Studio 2.

Downloading Sampletank 4 Max sound content, I noticed the included drum libraries (Neil Pearl, Billy Cobham, Terry Bozzio, etc.) were lite/reduced versions of the full products, which was a bit disappointing.

I have not installed Total Studio 2 yet, but I wonder if the versions included are the same lite/reduced or the real full products.

Can anyone please comment on this?

Thank you!

Hello and welcome to the forum

I understood that those additional libraries were the full editions. What leads you to think that they are lite editions? Double-check that you have downloaded / installed all the relevant files.

I would think that the libraries in TS2 MAX are the same.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chime in. Meanwhile, the best thing to do is raise a Support Ticket, here for some one to one help (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally). Response time is usually within 2 working days.

PS: it would be best to change your Account Name away from an email address, to minimise the chance of it being harvested by web bots and you receiving all sorts of 'special offers' etc from all over the place for years and years. You can change it here:.

Hello DarkStar

Thank you for your answer and suggestion to protect my email, I just did it.

What made me think I downloaded a lite version was the file size. For example, for Billy Cobham, the official IKM product page says it's more than 2GBs of content, and the downloaded zip file was less than 1GB.

I have not checked on the uncompressed size, but audio files size aren't reduced much when zipped. Am I missing something?

Thanks again.
