Amplitube quit unexpectedly - Mac 10.14.6 (18G87)!!

I just bought the AmpliTube 4 and Darrel CFH. All good to install but doesn't open it all.

that's the message that I got when I try to open AMPlitube 4: Amplitube 4 quit unexpectedly

Already emailed support nobody got back to me !

Mac (21.5-inch, 2017)
2.3 GHz Intel Core i5
8 GB 2133 MHz DDR4
intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB
