For users who have a fresh installation of macOS 10.15 Catalina, or for those who have purchased new products after updating, use this FAQ to help install SampleTank 4, Hammond B-3X, and UNO Drum Editor. Currently these programs are working with macOS Catalina. We have provided compatible updates to the following programs in your IK User Area: AXE I/O Control Panel 1.1b, Custom Shop 1.9, and Authorization Manager 1.0.27.

I was not able to find that either. The only updated link I found in my user area was for my AXE I/O, and it wasn't obvious because the version number on the link hadn't changed, but when I downloaded it, the version number had a "b" on the end of it.

The odd thing is that 1.9 version number, all of the Custom Shop versions I have found on the IKM site are much larger than that. Secondly, SampleTank 4 never had a Custom Shop... and each product has its own version.

AmpliTube Custom Shop: [4.9.0]
T-RackS Custom Shop: [5.2.1]

The only link I could find for the new Authorization Manager was at the link below, not in my user area at all.

To clarify, the Custom Shop versions of the apps (T-Racks CS and AmpliTube CS) are the free versions where you can then pick and choose pieces of gear.

Custom Shop 1.9 refers to the Custom Shop app, which is separate to any and all of the music/sound making pieces of software and was included on initial installation of a piece of IKM software (including being able to by add-on sound content for SampleTank). You can get the 1.9 update by logging into the Custom Shop app whereupon it will tell you that it is out of date and direct you to a download page.

Hope that helps.

Au contraire, mon brave (here, anyway).

Authorization Manager does that, but my Custom Shop version shows v5.1.1 (from my last (T-RackS) installation?). My Guess is that CS 1.9 would be downloaded / installed next time you download / install a product that uses it. But that is only a guess.

Could be - I'm on Windows 7 here.

For info for other users: the Custom Shop for Windows is also on that page. The download button says v1.9 but the download file is v1.8, dated October 2017

I haven't installed it, but the Mac *.pkg says v1.9 dated 17th October 2019. I guess the CS Client has been updated purely for the benefit of Catalina (which I'm not touching with a barge pole  )
