does irig 2 works with normal pedal stomp?

Hi, there are many different types of stomp pedals with varying output levels, buffered vs unbuffered, true bypass vs not, etc so you would need to experiment with using them in front of iRig 2 as you would experiment with using them in front of various guitar amps.

In short, your mileage may vary. You also need to take into consideration the virtual gear you are using inside the app like AmpliTube as that will also vary as far as "taking" pedals just as with a real amp/rig.

Thanks, so in theory I can connect other stomps and use Amplitube. I’ll try and see what works.
