Where do I find them?
When I click on the Crossgrade/Upgrade section of some product I own and would want to upgrade all I see is the regular price, also when I add it on my shopping cart.
I've checked the requisites to be eligible for a crossgrade/upgrade and I accomplish them, so why can I still not see any price reduction on them?
Is crossgrade/upgrade actually just like buying the product directly? No price reduction for lower price product owners? Or am I looking at the wrong place to find out if I save some money by upgrading my products?
