Have Amplitube 4 Standard but can only see the free gear

I bought AmpliTube 4 standard but after installation the only amps and effects that show up are the free ones - I have entered the serial into Authorization Manager. The serial that shows up in AmpliTube is the Custom Shop serial and not the Amplitube 4 serial. Anyone know what I should do now?

Try running Custom Shop, logging in to your IK Multimedia Account, and in the AmpliTube section, click [Gear] >> "Restore my Gear".

I believe that the AT CS serial Number "sticking" in AT4 is a known issue.

Thanks - yep already restored my gear to no avail - I have a ticket in to see if they can help
