I know ... these are a very old Plugin, but I love the Antress "Modern Premier" Plugin. These I use in each Mastertrack (with JBridge). I's a Mic-Preamp Simu and I like the Sound.
Simply ask Google for infos ;)

Add the Studer a800 and the Ampex ATR102 to the Tape Collection.
Love the Tapes so far, but I would really like to see IK do these ones!!
I’m sure they can make them with more depth than other companies.

Don't forget about AMPEX 350/351.

Modeling the tape with the tube preamp and transformers, yummy !

Mid-Side on every module, please! (I'm sure it's been said but adding my 1p).

There is already a long list of EQ and Compressors :D .

I would add some Digital and Analog Delay (apart the Tapes we already have, great products).
introduce a Convolution Reverb like EW Spaces II

Add the possibility to export in mp3 format (I know it's blasphemy, but sometimes I have that need and I have to find online converters or free tools).

At the top center where Sample Rate is shown, is it possible to add bit resolution?

I don’t need a ton more processors, it some of the existing ones need an overhaul:

Plugin updates:
- clipper, more algos and improved visualization (like Kazrog k-clip).
- tape echo needs a ducker and a reverse delay would be a bonus
- master match should be able to save the fingerprint of my track
- equal needs a dynamic eq feature
- saturator x needs a mix knob, a filter for the processing would be nice
- linear phase eq and the classic needs a much larger frequency plot area
- reverbs should be updated with improved algorithms and more visual feedback
- the classic multi band should have a meter for each band
- a side chain filter and mix knob on all compressors
- unity gain on all processors
- eco mode with hq bounce would be sweet

TR5 host:
- Ability to split the tracks host into bands and process each separately
- Ability to apply modulation to plugins in the host

but I’d rather see

I don’t think I need tons of more emulated vintage gear, but there are a few obvious omissions that make me look at other tools, such as a chorus/flanger/phaser. I’m sure there is stuff in amplitube that could be used as a foundation.

I’d however love to see a few more modern tools though:
- a more versatile delay (like replika xt) with ducking and several algos
- quad series gate
- quad series transient designer
- a quad series exciter
- a transformer/preamp plugin (like true iron) similar to saturator x
- a doubler

The classic series aren’t getting much use over here btw, and most of the, seem to have better replacements in the suite already.

Plus unity gain and a mix knob.

That would bring things up to modern standards from a workflow perspective.

T-RackS has the Equal Gain knob, in case you aren't aware of that feature.

Mix knob on all modules (particularly compressors/saturators)!

and/or

a mix/blend level on parallel paths in TR5 Suite

Would like to see a rack view for modules so I can see all active modules on screen at once - this is slightly different to the bottom pane in TR5 Suite so could maybe be an optional view. But it's sometimes nice to see all parameters at once - maybe like soundtoys rack, reason or even a 500 series view like slate or mcdsp.

I'd like to have a switchable analyzer to the White and british channel.
Thx

I would love to have a button in CS to hide/uninstall all not owned plugins from the VST folders, so they do not clutter up my DAW.

Indeed. Meanwhile, in several DAWs you can hide them. Or just move them out to a folder outside your SAW plug-in scan paths (moved, so that you can reinsatate them if needed. Please note that the next T-RackS install will still install them.

Or the Ampex AG330 or MM1100, or even some fo the 3M machines (e.g. M23 and/or M56). Those were used in some of key British studios of the late '60s/early '70s.

Hello everybody,

Not sure if the topic had been already discussed, and not sure if this is a correct section to put my suggestions about some new features for TRACKS5 ?!

Anyway please find below some suggestions from my side, it would be great to have them :

1. External side chaining for some compressors, eq's
2. EQUAL great sounding EQ for me much better than pro eq3 fabfilter or some uad etc, would it be possible to have a solo band function for each band, also solo band for other eq's as well ?
3. EQ's and Compressors - it would be great to have some IN and OUT signal indicators, as it's very important to be conscious of changing the tonal of the sounds and not the volume, cause if you raise the volume so the human nature perceives this as better, and this is not the point, and also possibility to adjust the IN/OUT volume with some knob etc. ?
Yes, in the White Channel and British Channel there are those IN / OUT indicators and this is very helpful.
4. Metering suite - would it be possible to make some simple resizable freq. analyzer,
I mean here not a square bars spectrogram, but sth simpler like in voxengo f.ex.?

Just my 0.02 cents :-)

Thank you,
Tom Kornis
