Stealth Limiter - Latency

Postby auggybendoggy2 » Fri Apr 19, 2019 1:12 am

Anyone notice that Stealth has a bit of a latency added. I doubt it's a problem for studios because it's not live, but I'm wondering why that is? Perhaps it's a setting or maybe SL doesn't like 48khz?

Stealth Limiter is not meant to be used in real-time for tracking. As it is mainly a mastering (and mixing in some ways) limiter, you'd typically be running a large buffer size and it wouldn't be an issue to have latency as your DAW will compensate for that latency automatically.
