Maybe this will make it to design team.
I realize Tracks is on a higher level than most others in this field, but an all in one channel strip like the CLA Mixhub offered by Waves would be really nice.
I’m sure you could do it in an upscaled way.
Thanks

Hi kdfrost7040

The British Channel and the White Channel are whole channel strips - Filters, EQ, Gate/Expander and Compressor. They are based on mixers from the same manufacturer as the one that CLA Mixhub models.

The difference with the Mixhub is the functionality of the buckets and the addition of the preamp.

Hope that helps.

Garfy,
Thanks for reply, I guess I should have said “ having the bucket option like cla mixhub”.
I have a ll but one of IK’s TR 5 processors, also have mixhub, IK performs better for me. A bucket option would be nice.

That’s a matter of personal opinion.
I personally dislike having these “buckets”. I like how the channel strips are now. I wouldn’t want them changed

I've just bought the 5 Max Bundle - I'm still finding my way around, but loving what I'm hearing so far!

These spring to mind....
-Blue Stripe 1176
-Distressor

Also, if possible it would be great to have more mix breakdown videos using T-Racks stuff to give us all some inspiration / see different ways of approaching things.

Cheers

Hi a couple of days ago, i'm really interested in the T-racks software, normally I would use my daw but when i saw the vids the standalone gave me the impression of not needing a daw for a mastering process... as the environment is all u need with the meters and stuff. I was then curious if you could use a midi controller with it... as for example the novation remote sl would have been nice setting up different pages for different plugins and just using knobs having the feeling of turning a knob and listenning to what you do is far more better/Fun and on the feeling than using your mouse to turn a knob and value... of a certain plugin... the novation sl would be a good controller for this.

Another thing I was thinking about is some kind of External output plugin where u can choose... an input and output from your soundcard that is connected to for example a compressor Eq or whatever... so u can mix hardware with the software plugins...
Now I normally would not put anything on my 2buss and try to do the saturation stage in my mastering stage... as a Technoproducer back in the day they would still put a compressor on the 2buss for the pump and distortion u can get with a compressor Most of the time I use an external tool to pump my kick but that same setting is nice for the mix also If I only there was a tool for using external gear with it also

Nice suggestions right ;) Think about it maybe we'll see them
Thnx in advance

Hi,

Unless I've totally missed it (and it would be nice to be wrong), the ability to add pre-gaps into tracks on the album assembly screen!!!!! And a DDP player maker function would be nice too. HOFA would be no longer needed if those two things were there.

You could be the first ever to feature "Selectable Input Optimization", and it would be RAD!

Each plugin would feature -24,-18, -12, -6 for example. Even just a -18 or -6 would be great. Between mixing and mastering use, this would be very handy.

SSL VERTICAL! Maybe it is just my brain. But I can not stand when a channel strip is horizontal. Yes, it makes your SSL different than everyone else's. But there is a reason all of there's is vertical, it makes the most sense.
You don't need to remake your SSL. Just give us a option to make it vertical. Floating vertical plugins make more room on the desktop as well.

"Master Match", when I use this. I load my song, then use master match. Then, when I want to try another match. I have to reload my song again, for each time. You should make it so I can scan my song one time. then try different presets or reference songs without rescanning my song.
