ST4 install issues - how long to wait for support?

Hi folks
I’m having issues getting ST4 to recognise the sound library and raises a support ticket a week ago. I haven’t had a reply so I was wondering if anyone know how long I should expect to wait? I got the product a while ago and haven’t be able to use it yet!
