ST4 locked

Hi all, having to post this here in the hope someone can help. I've contacted support but haven't heard anything back, and that was two days ago. Ticket 939736.

Downloaded ST4 and then ST4 instruments, installed sample tank 4.0.2 but still having issues.
Basically ST4 is showing as locked. I click in the load instrument section (which also has a pad lock next to it) and then ST4 library is locked. What's going on there? I click on the padlock and it takes me to the shop and prompts me to buy it, again?? Honestly.

I've authorised it and done all I can. No support, no idea what to do next. Poor, poor show IK.

Thanks Darkstar, I’ve already raised a ticket and replied to it four times. Four days has gone by and I can’t even use the software. Disappointed.
