sampletank install issue on Mac

I have tried installing SAMPLETANK on my Mac it worked fine but when I tried to download the SampleTank contents such as the guitars amps basically all of the sounds it said I could not install them. I thought it had something to do with authorizing them wrong but I started over 2 times hoping that would fix maybe whatever bugs needed fixed. That didn't work.. Has anyone ran into any security issues from their Mac? and if so how did you fix it?

Hi daviebones311 and welcome to the forum.

Just to confirm that, after downloading the sound content, you were using the installer included in the download to install the sounds?

If so, what was the exact error message that the installer threw up?

What OS are you on?
System Specs: 2012 Mac Mini 2.6 i7 & 2015 MBP 2.2 i7, 16GB RAM
