I bought the AmpliTube mesa/bogie to use in Garageband, but I cannot find the plugins inn GarageBand? What have I done wrong?

Can you provide some more details? Without them we would only be guessing.
Anyway:
-- did you install AmpliTube 4 (AT4), the Custom Shop and the Authorization Manager?
-- AT4 is 64-bit only, can GB load other 64-bir plug-ins?
-- what OS version are you running?
-- can you load other gear models in AT4 standalone program?
-- can you load other gear models in AT4 standalone plug-in?
-- did you try running Custom Shop, logging in, and in the AT4 section, clicking "Gear">> Restore my gear?
