Replacement Parts For iStomp I/O

Postby Heavymetal425 » Fri Feb 01, 2019 4:42 pm

Hi, everybody.

I’m trying to repair an iStomp I/O that took a hit at a gig. The second footswitch took the worst of it. Snapped the head right off. I’ve contacted IK support hoping to obtain a replacement switch, but it’s been five days now, and I haven’t heard anything from them. They claim a 24 hour response, so I’m wondering what’s up. Anybody have any experience with obtaing replacement parts?

Thanks!

While there has been an uptick in tickets recently and NAMM was a very busy time, this is not the normal experience. Please post or PM your ticket number so someone can take a look at it. IK Support would be the ones who would be able to answer this question and resolve your issue.
