Can CS do a guide to installing the older Sampletank libraries like Sampletron and Samplemoog on current 64bit OS?

I'm not sure if it's different with Windows (someone with that knowledge may chime in), but on macOS I just unpacked and installed the sound content WITHOUT installing the SampleTron app.

I ran the installer and let it put the samples and associated files where it wanted to. I then opened ST3 and imported legacy instruments, which copied the files to where ST3 wanted them, which was into the main ST3 sounds folder structure. Once I had confirmed that the instruments worked I deleted the files from the original installation directory. Worked like a charm.

Hope that helps.

I am pretty sure that you can do the same on Windows.

There are a few hiccoughs with Importing Legacy instruments into ST3 but Technical Support can resolve them.
