Custom Shop v VS. Paid Version

I'm wondering if there's a place where the CS version restrictions are stated. I've been looking at the web pages and can't get a list or a clear detail.

I'm hoping to get Cobham and Peart but wonder if I may end up messing up by trusting the statement of "a full working version".

Learned a hard lesson in the group buy of Tracks, so I'm trying to learn a bit more of ST3 before I just jump in.

I'm so impressed with IKM. I've been using the stock library that comes with custom shop and it sounds great. I'm just really hoping there's no drawbacks from buying a library to use in ST3CS vs buying ST3.

If anyone has any knowledge on any restrictions, please share them.
