AmpliTube 4 problem

Hello everyone, i have just downloaded and installed AmpliTube 4 with the custom shop, the standalone version and all type of plug in formats (AAX...), and i registred the products with authorization manager.
I use it with Pro Tools 11 and a Avid Interface called Eleven Rack (there is a guitar emulation with this interface)
I have two problemes :
- when i start Pro Tools, the software say that he doesn t find the authorization for the plug in AmpliTube 4 format AAX (i installed AmpliTube several time and each time there is this problem)
- when i start the standalone version i have no sound with AmpliTube, nothing works (even the tuner doesn t work) but i have the sound of the eleven rack emulation

Does anyones know what's the problem ?
Maybe the interface ? Must i use an IK multimedia interface ??

You do not have to use an IK interface though it sounds like the specialty of Eleven Rack may indicate that perhaps there's a setting to use it as only an interface and not a modeler? I'm not very familiar with that unit but IK Support would be able to troubleshoot further with the issues there and with authorization at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi/

I'd also suggest opening Custom Shop (in your Start Menu on Windows or in your Applications folder on MacOS / OS X) and logging in then going to AmpliTube --> Gear --> Restore My Gear in order to potentially fix the authorization.

Instead of starting my own thread, I wanted to piggy back on this and say that my standalone doesn't work either (win 10)

I was messing with the sample rate and though it works fine in reason, the standalone now has two issues: It takes a long time to load and then no imput. Putting everything back to 44.1 and all still works great in reason, but the standalone is a no-go. Restarting doesn't help.

I'll put in a ticket but I wanted to mention this.....maybe the OP and I have something in common.

Also the "audio input" under audio setting is greyed out which indicates that there is no device being recognized.

I would recommend opening a ticket with IK Support for official technical support as many times issues that seem the same or similar may not be and they are best-equipped to troubleshoot and resolve your issue efficiently and expediently.
