Miroslav Philharmonic 2 CE & Sampletank 3 issues

Hi all

I have just bought and registered both Miroslav Philharmonic 2 CE & Sampletank 3.

Neither of these will open after download!!

I get a problem report of:
Miroslav Philharmonic 2 CE quit unexpectedly (same for Sampletank 3 )

Reinstall makes no difference.

I am using iMac Pro 2017 64 GB 2666 MHz DDR4

Any ideas?

Do you mean the standalone programs or the plug-ins? Or both?

Thanks - good to be here.

Both standalone and plug-in fails to load. I bought these with iRig Keys 49, and that doesn't work either

I have raised a support ticket re: the iRig Keys - but it appears I need to do another one!!

It sounds like the installs went wrong for some reason. Support should be able to sort you out.

I'm not sure I'm in the right place but you let me know anyway i just purchased Miroslav Philharmonic and it said it comes with Orchestral Percussion should I see it as its own folder of is in incorporated.
