[RESOLVED] Where to find the Sampletank MAX sound libraries?

Hey guys!
Forgive the ignorance but I am new to SampleTank.
I just purchased SampleTank MAX and I don't know where to get all the extra sound libraries that it comes with. Like the Neil Peart drumkit etc.
I downloaded all the samples in the download section but the extras dont seem to be a part of that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OK I found what I think is the right place...in the Custom Shop
but when I click on "download" it takes me back to my user area.
And I definitely don't have them in my sound library.
