Amplitube 4 serial number missing? [Resolved]

I recently downloaded Amplitube 4 Custom Shop and probably by doing things in the wrong order registered first. I got an email saying:
By creating your account, you have:
- Received 4 free software titles: AmpliTube 4 Custom Shop, T-Racks 5 Custom Shop, SampleTank Custom Shop and Syntronik Free
- 5 JamPoints, reward points you can use towards your next IK Online Store purchase
- Full access to our online Forum
- Full access to your User Area

BUT I got a series of emails about having the following and giving me serial numbers for:
SampleTank 3 FREE.# T-RackS Custom Shop. ie Syntronik FREE. T-RackS 5 Custom Shop.

NOTE THAT instead of a serial for Amplitube 4 Custom Shop - I have been sent one for SampleTank 3, SO how do I get a serial number please for what I actually want ie Amplitube 4 Custom Shop? I can't ask this question in support because it wants a serial number in order to ask the question!

Hello DavidYork and welcome to the forum.

If you go into your account on the IKM website and click User Area, you should see a list of all the products available to you. Under each one, you will see a clickable title that says Serials/Authorisations which will give you your serial numbers and how many authorisations you have used of each one. Hopefully you will find AmpliTube4 CS here.
