Hy, same problem with IRIg Keys IO 49
noise and crackling with sampletank 3 IOS with my iPad Air 2 and with my iPhone 5s.
Same Problems with iGrand

No Problems with IOS- Garageband, Vocallife, Amplitube

My Solution is to open additional on iPad the App Vocal Life or Amplitube and switch "work in background" on.

I dont know why but then there is no more noise!

Maybe there is a sync Problem.
