Syntronik interface within sampletank

So I have access to all of my instruments in Syntronik through Sampletank, but correct me if I am wrong, there is no way to access syntronik's interface through sampletank correct? Really would like to use syntronik's arpeggiator within Sampletank

Correct, in AT3 the Syntronik instruments are played using the ST3 interface. I think I recall that other users have asked for Syntronik's arpeggiator to be added to ST3.
