No presets/crashing

I'm running whatever the latest installer is after a fresh install. (4.5. 8d13) Windows 10 (all most current)

On the standalone I get a crash if I select "presets" with a click.

Now, this is not happening in Reason 10 but there are no presets and no way to save presets. This wasn't happening on the version I had before the clean install.
Windows 11, i5 11600k, 32 gigs of ram, Audient id4 @ 32 buffer. 44.1k sample rate.

Same for me, happened after the latest Win 10 update as far as I recon. (BTW it smashed the CUDA driver on my GPU as well).
Presets are physically where they should be, but Amplitube standalone displays an empty "preset" area, and clicking it crashes the app.
As an insert in Cubase Artist 9.0, Amplitube 4 displays the preset that was saved in the previous session, but clicking to change the preset crashes Cubase.

In these cases it may be a discrepancy based on the decision whether or not to have the Documents folder in OneDrive and changing it back and forth will not fully fix the issue. I think you are right about the one drive thing.
Windows 11, i5 11600k, 32 gigs of ram, Audient id4 @ 32 buffer. 44.1k sample rate.

Juste the same for me, as soon as I installed One drive, it swallowed the whole User documents Dir. I sent a ticket on the support site, thanks.

The results should be stickied since so many people are having the issue.

I love windows 10 but it has it's quirks.

I believe there is registry editing required which is something that would be best handled via direct communication with support. The range of computer/OS knowledge of the AmpliTube user base varies greatly and we wouldn't want those who may cause other issues with their OS to be doing these steps without proper guidance.

Since dealing with your registry on Windows can be risky and each of these cases should be diagnosed before going this route. I strongly urge anyone in this thread with issues with their AmpliTube Presets to contact support. They should be more than happy to get you working.

For those using One Drive. Feel free to try these quick steps.

-Turn off 'One Drive' and make sure to 'un-sync' any IK Multimedia related files
-In a File Explorer window, go to your Documents -> IK Multimedia -> AmpliTube 4 folder
-Copy any custom presets you have made to another location to back them up
-Delete the AmpliTube 4 folder from the Documents -> AmpliTube 4 folder
-Download the 4.5 update from your the User Area -> My Products section (https://www.ikmultimedia.com/userarea/) of your IK Multimedia account
-Uninstall, then reinstall AmpliTube to let it recreate your AmpliTube 4 folders
-Now retry your presets and you should be good to go

It's back, I don't know how to keep one drive from re-synching. I've turned off syncing for 24 hours but it will just do it again.
