Hello, I just upgraded to Amplitube 4 and went to use it and get the following message: "Preset Warning
The current preset uses models which are not installed:
4 x 12 Brit 8000 Cab
Brit 8000 Cab
The missing models will not be loaded, therefore the preset may not sound as intended"
Did I not install correctly? It comes up for every Amplitube 4 preset I select.

That amp and cabinet are included with AmpliTube 4, are you sure you authorized the AmpliTube 4 serial number? You will also have a serial for AmpliTube 4 Custom Shop in your User Area which will not authorize the amps and some other features of AmpliTube 4.

Yes - I just installed it. I used the authorization manager and everything worked just perfectly. Should I reinstall it?

Try opening Custom Shop, clicking AmpliTube up top, then go to Gear --> Restore My Gear. If that doesn't work you will need to open a ticket with IK Support at
http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi/ and they will assist you directly.

Open the Custom Shop application. It is a separate application installed alongside AmpliTube. You can access it by clicking the shopping cart icon in AmpliTube 4 or starting it directly (Start Menu on Windows or in your Applications folder on Mac OS X).

Make sure that you use the AT4 Serial Number (starting with ATX40) in the Authorization Manager, NOT the AT4 CS Serial Number (starting with ACS40). Then do a Gear / Restore my Gear in the Custom Shop.
If that does not work, contact Support on the link that Peter posted above.
