Sampletank 3 Free - how to download the free samples?

I already own some Xpansion Tank 2 instruments and have been using SampleTank 2.5 XT which came with it. However I am looking to upgrade to ST3 and have recently downloaded Sampletank 3 free version to evaluate. I also downloaded a free sound pack for it which includes Acoustic Drums, Electronic Drums, Bass, Synth Bass, Piano and Percussion.

The Sampletank 3 Free web page ( http://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/sampletank3free/ ) also says that other free instruments are now available (Guitar, Ethnic, etc etc). However, it does not say where you can download them from and there are no links on that page that I can find. I have also looked in my account under Sampletank 3 Free to see what is downloadable and the only item listed is the soundpack that I have already downloaded.

Can anyone provide a link to where I can download the new sounds listed on the ST3 Free webpage?

While I am here do you know if I would be eligible for the crossgrade price for the Total Workstation XL Instruments Bundle special offer which includes ST3 SE?

Yes that's the one. It was showing as a crossgrade price for me which I assumed was due to the products I already own. I hadn't realised that was the price for anyone. Still seems a pretty good deal although I already own 3 of the included Xpansion Tanks.

At least it allows me to use Xpansion Tank modules in ST3 SE which the free version doesn't allow.

If you go to your User Area, you will be able to find a dropdown that says "Sounds Downloads" Click that and you'll see a download button for a file called Sampletank_Custom_Shop_Sound_Content for Mac OS or Windows.

Download and install that file when prompted to.
