You may need to paste them in "sections"

Thanks. Would Tech Support do something about this?

You should have no problem copying and pasting the entire serial number. Just copy it from your User Area or delivery email, and then click the PASTE button in the Authorization Manager. I think the PASTE button is what you're probably missing here, as I believe it is the only way to get the Authorization Manager to take it.

Though the web page that is referenced does not have a paste button, that is what I though was OP's point...

Again, the values can be paste in in sections on the web page as pointed out... or as a whole in Authorization Manager.

I know this is a late reply, but, it may be helpful to someone in the future.
This happened to me. The key command Ctrl + V to paste, resolved the problem.
The paste button didn't work.
I hope this helps.

Hey! This is old, but I still have this issue.
I just reinstalled the auth manager.
OSX 10.12.6
As a web dev I'm technically quite adept, so I doubt it is a usage error.
paste button simply does nothing. (the serial gets pasted to other places though)
cmd+v does nothing either.
Cheers!

So I was also facing this issue, under the desired key is a button that says serials/license. Clicking this brings up a window with all codes copy your authorization key and push paste in Authorization manager. Fixed it for me, hope it helps.

Sorry but apparently that window needs to stay open while pasting.
