Missing all my bundles and gear

I purchased several bundles in the past and they are all showing in my user area, but the Manager is not showing them. My Amplitube 5 shows zero gear authorized, they all have a lock. I had a functioning effect plugin that I've used for several performances, now it's an empty shell.
Please help.
