Tonex for bass? AmpliTube + T-RackS plugs in Tonex?

Hello all,
I am posting this from my bassist buddy. He has a full IK AXE I/O so that comes with some plugins, Amplitube, and T-Racks, at least partial.


I am a guitarist/producer and he likes the way I treat his recorded DI bass tracks. I his case I use a mix of Amplitube and T-Racks effects. In the case of his bass, I split his take into 3 tracks, treat one with Sansamp BassDI with T-Racks DynaMu, the Amplitube Ampeq or Fender Bassman 300 and if needed add a 3rd track with lightly overdriven guitar amp (JCM800, Plexi, Fender Bassman with OD) for a touch of grit.

This all hits a bass bus channel with a T-Racks tape emulation and limiter.

Is there a way to do something like this on Tonex?

Also are there any good demos to see what is available in terms of plugins specifically for bass?

TONEX is mainly focused on amps and cabinets, not directly integrated processing tools. So you can't completely replace the T-Racks + AmpliTube chain with TONEX if you want a multi-layer chain.

So how's Tonex for bass in general?

Can you do paralel processing like in Amplitube, where you can have two channels, with two different amps blend into one at the end?
