Tonex Pedal- No OUTPUT signal, works great about 1 year

hello,
My Tonex pedal has issues with output signal. Actually has no signal on main OUT and very, very quiet on Headphone output. I did not change any parameter, using only factory presets. Worked great about year until today. Help
