ToneX one flashing lights

I have a new Tonex One unit and it started working fine. Now all lights are continuously flashing regardless of which mode or which selection. Same whether connected to computer or standalone.

Any help much appreciated. I can't find any troubleshooting information on this.

Same with me. It started last night and nothing I do changes anything. Please advise.

i got same issues, i put in on recovery mode, then reset to factory default, solved the issue and my unit back to normal

I have the same issue. I can not find any information in the manuals on how to do a reset/recovery. I have found a thread on reddit saying that I should use "the tonex application" and "librarian", but I have installed the IK manager, the tonex SE application and the Amplitube 5 application (PC) without finding this "librarian" or another way to do the reset.

Please advice.

The correct application to use for this is "TONEX EDITOR".
