Issue logging in my account using iPad

I contacted IK Support via the forms, but hasn't get any reply so trying it here in the forum.

I would like to report an issue I am having my account.

I can login with my username and password in the website/browser/desktop. The issue I am having is when I am logging in using for example ToneX or Amplitube in iPad using my existing account. I am getting error - "Invalid user name or password". I also tried to reset, and still not working.

I have the latest iPad Mini, with iPad OS Version 18.4.1 and the following products downloaded from Apple Store:
- ToneX Ver 1.2.4 (build 4)
- AmpliTube


I own both AXE IO and Amplitube 5 and registered in my account.
