Pianoverse always gets silent after some seconds

Postby Buttyax » Thu Apr 24, 2025 11:46 pm

I have bought, registered, authorized and installed Pianoverse MAX and so far downloaded two pianos: Concert Grand YF3 and NY Grand S274.
I use a Roland FP-10 as midi input.
When I start pianoverse I can choose a Piano, e.g. the Natural Concert Grand, and play it. But after about 20 seconds the sound gets totally silent. Volume in Pianoverse is at maximum. This happens with all instruments in Pianoverse so far. So Pianoverse, which I bought today, cannot be used at all.
I have other virtual instruments on this computer, Sample Tank 4 and Painoteq, all work fine except Pianoverse.

Can you please give me help what the problem might be?

Thanks.

Uh, think I already found the answer myself:
Pianoverse had "Windows Audio" driver as default in Audio/MIDI settings. Now I switched to Low Latency Mode, that works so far.

Going silent shouldn't be happening.

It would be worth reporting your findings to Technical Support. They may be able to offer some insight or suggestions.
