Hi there - I recently bought a humble bundle with lots of IK Multimedia products, mainly because the philharmonik and american acoustic libraries looked incredibly useful. However after registering, downloading IK's product manager and installing samplebank 4 (plus all sounds available in the sounds tab, and all the other bundled software), I can't see american acoustic or the philharmonik in Reaper, or even when running Sample Tank 4 as a standalone. There are tons of synths, just not the items I want. When visiting the IK site, they're also not listed as products on my account.
I'm quite certain I'm doing something idiotic, but haven't got a clue what. Any help gratefully received.
