T-Racks6 will display but not load T-Racks5 modules

I have installed T-Racks 6 (6.1.3) on my Win 10 Pro 64-bit system running Cakewalk by Bandlab. T-Racks 5 modules (30 in total) previously purchased are visible within the Module Manager, but can't be dragged and dropped into the signal chain in T-Racks 6. In fact, nothing seems to make the T-Racks 5 modules do anything at all--not right clicking, not double clicking, not drag and drop, nothing.

Has anyone encountered this and found a solution? I like those T-Racks 5 modules.

Which version of T-RackS 6 did you install and authorize? If you installed and authorized the free T-RackS 6 Intro then the T-RackS 5 processors will not work in that version. See this FAQ for more information: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/index.php?id=1518

I bought T-Racks 6, not the intro version. According to the documentation on IKM's website, this version of the program should recognize and load T-Racks 5 modules. It does the first, not the second.

Here's the segment of my order from IKM that specifies which version of T-Racks 6 I bought.
PO Number 2025US709989DD of 25/01/2025

TR-600-DID-IN T-RackS 6 (Download Only) 1 Pieces 99,99 99,99 0,0
SPECIAL-IKDD Special Promotion 1 Pieces -59,99 -59,99 0,0

As you can see, I paid $60 for a special promotion for T-Racks 6.

HOWEVER, when I go to my account in IKM, this is what I see:
T-RackS 6 Intro
Registered On: 29-01-2025
Latest Release On: 26-02-2025

So what's happened here is that I've been registered with the wrong product, and the Intro version is doing what it's supposed to do.

How do I get this fixed?

If you bought from a dealer/distributor they should have provided you with a serial to register in IK Product Manager. If you bought from IK's web store it would be automatically registered in your account and in IK Product Manager you would see it and then install and authorize that version from there.
