I'm sure this question has been asked somewhere in the forum but I couldn't find it.
I just got the Tonex pedal, made a Tonenet account, and am using the Tonex software. I've found some interesting presets on the Tonenet website but I can't find a way to download the sounds from the website or from the Tonenet tab in the Tonex software. I'm able to click the thumbs up button but when I click the download button nothing happens.
Does anybody happen to know what the reason might be?
